AUDREY PERRIN
Audrey's journey into yoga began in 2011 in the US, a discovery that marked the beginning of a deep exploration of the different branches of yoga. She practiced Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga as well as Hatha Yoga, immersing herself in the teachings and practices of these traditions. A few years ago, Audrey had the pleasure of encountering Viniyoga, a unique approach to yoga that captivated her.

In addition to her personal practice, Audrey deepened her knowledge by following an initial 200-hour Yoga teacher training course at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles called “Yoga and the Healing Sciences” in 2015.
In 2016, she completed the Yoga teacher training “Teaching Yoga to resilient youth and underserved community” from Uprising Yoga in Los Angeles. This training equipped her with specific skills to work with young people and disadvantaged communities, using yoga as a tool for resilience and empowerment.
Currently, Audrey is at the end of the 500-hour training provided by Bernard Bouanchaud, yogi, yoga therapist and teacher trainer renowned in France and abroad.
Her approach to yoga draws on tradition while adapting to the individual needs of her students.

DEBORAH MONTOUSSÉ
With her beautiful Venus in Taurus, Déborah is a great epicurean! She likes to dance, laugh, cocoon her crystals but, above all, she likes to listen, share and bring softness around her. After traveling for many years and exploring human connection through different cultures, Déborah leaves the world of hospitality and this time decides to explore her inner world. It is her powerful connection to crystals that awakens her magic in her, and leads her on a long path of learning.
Trained in lithotherapy by Wydiane and Daniel Briez, Deborah has worked at various wellness salons in France and in the Cristaux & Couleur, Paris 6. Deborah is keen to share her knowledge on the vibrational approach to stones. She offers private support sessions: the mineral map. This is a numerological calculation which allows us to identify, through a unique combination of 13 stones, the different elements which make up our inner portrait (potentials, talents, character traits, patterns, etc.). The mineral map can be defined as a compass helping us to navigate life's events more smoothly.

Astrology, interior ecology, facilitator of sacred spaces, Déborah continues her spiritual quest and wishes to accompany other beautiful souls to reveal their gifts.
MAGNUS APPLEBERG
Magnus spent a few decades as a yoga instructor while also running his own yoga studio in Helsinki. A deep practice of Vipassana meditation also took hold in his life.
On his way, he met yoga teacher Simon Borg Olivier. He made him understand a whole new dimension of breathing in an instant. He began experimental breathing exercises.
This is how Vipassana, yoga, sound and breathing found a common denominator, the application of which allowed him to develop new abilities. These abilities include, among other things, the ability to sit in zero-degree water for up to an hour.

Nowadays, he teaches how to reveal a person's hidden resources using breathing, movement and exposure to cold as working tools.
