Can I come alone?
Absolutely, our retreats welcome solo travelers, friends, families and couples. Our goal is to create a welcoming community of yogis.

Do I need prior experience in yoga and meditation to participate in the retreat?
No, our retreat is open to everyone.

How many people will be present at the retreat?
We believe in quality over quantity. We limit our retreats to 12 participants.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing for yoga practice.
A swimsuit to enjoy the sauna, the Nordic bath, and the experience offered by Magnus.
Sunglasses.
Earplugs if you have light sleep.

In winter, warm clothing, gloves and a hat. Layering multiple clothing items is ideal.

Are there options for people with special food restrictions or allergies?
If you have specific food restrictions or allergies, we invite you to indicate this during our discussions.

Should I bring my yoga mat and bath towel?
No, we will provide you with all the equipment necessary for the practice (mats, cushions, blankets and other accessories). Bath towels and bathrobes are provided.

How long does it take to reach the retreat from Helsinki Airport?
The rate includes the shuttle from the airport to the retreat location. The journey takes 30 minutes.

Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is a very useful thing to have for any trip, but especially for an active trip like a yoga retreat.
